In bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and milk. Blend in lemon juice, mustard, curry powder and garlic salt. Add chicken, celery, green onions and apricots. Chill for several hours. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves and garnish with slivered almonds if desired. Yield: 8 servings.
