Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in salted water then mash. Mix sour cream and cream cheese and add to mashed potatoes. Put in a 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes at 350~. Can be made ahead and refrigerated, but bake for 1 hour then.
