2 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
1 small Ripe avocado, diced
2/3 cup Cubes seeded pared cucumber
5 Fresh mint leaves, up to 6 leaves, OR 1/2 teas. dried mint leaves
1/2 tsp Celery salt
1/4 tsp TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
1 cup Cracked ice
Additional mint leaves for garnish, (optional)

In blender, combine all ingredients except garnish. Cover. Process until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
