Blend egg yolks & milk. Add pancake mix & stir until smooth. Fold in corn. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into corn mixture. Drop by tablespoon into hot fat...1/2 to 1 inch deep. Cook 4-5 minutes or until golden on both sides.
