Corn Pudding #1
Ingredients
1/2 Stick butter or margarine

1/2 cup Milk

2 large Eggs, beaten

1 can (16-oz) cream style white corn

3 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Baking powder

Preparation
Melt butter in 9x9-inch pan & set aside. Stir together milk, beaten eggs, corn, sugar & baking powder. Pour into pan. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 5 or 6. (If using pyrex dish, reduce temperature to 350.)
