4 oz Cream cheese

Small onion, finely minced

8 oz Liverwurst

Mix all ingredients well with beater. Add a little milk to thin if desired.

SUGGESTIONS: A good smoky braunschwieger makes this good. A spoonful of horseradish adds zip.

Serve on triscuts, toast rounds, or your favorite crackers.
