Cranberry Congealed Salad
Ingredients
1 Box (large) strawberry jello

1 can (large) crushed pineapple, drained

1 carton (8-oz) sour cream

1/3 cup Chopped nuts

1 can Whole-berry cranberry sauce

Whipped cream

Lettuce leaves

Preparation
Mix cranberry sauce with gelatin which has been dissolved in 2 cups boiling water. Drain pineapple & fold in gelatin mixture, sour cream & nuts. Fold well & pour into mold or pan. When set, cut into squares & place on lettuce leaf & top with whipped topping if desired, or eat as a dessert.
