1/2 cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese

1/4 cup Buttermilk

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black pepper

1/4 cup Chopped scallions

1 tbsp Cider vinegar, or white

1/2 tsp Dried dill

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Taste. You can add more mustard if you want. Chill.

Makes 1 cup.

Serve with cutup veggies.
