1 package (7-oz) Creamettes elbow macaroni
1 medium Green pepper, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp Margarine
6 medium Fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 tsp Basil leaves
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Prepare Creamettes Elbow Macaroni as package directs; drain. In large skillet, cook green pepper, onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Combine hot cooked macaroni and tomato sauce; mix well. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
