1 lb Ground beef, lean
1 cup Onion, chopped fine
2 Cloves garlic, chopped fine
6 oz Tomato paste
15 oz Canned tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Basil
Oregano
Parsley
1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 can Crescent rolls
1 cup Sour cream
1 tsp Italia seasoning

Over medium heat, brown ground beef. Half way through cooking ground beef, add onions and garlic cloves. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, and seasonings to desired taste. Simmer. Pour into 13x9 deep pan. Top with cheese. Mix sour cream and Italian seasonings. Open each crescent roll and roll flat, slightly enlarging. Dollop one teaspoon of sour cream mixture in each roll. Roll up as you would a crescent roll. Place on top of cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
