Crunchy Brunch Egg Casserole
Ingredients
2 cup Seasoned croutons

4 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded

4 Eggs, slightly beaten

2 cup Milk

1/2 tsp Prepared mustard

Bacon, crisp and crumbled

Preparation
In bottom of buttered Pyrex dish, combine croutons and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients, except bacon, and pour over crouton/cheese mixture. Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top.
