Crunchy Salad
Ingredients
1/2 cup Toasted Sunflower Seeds

1/2 cup Toasted Nuts Of Your Choice, <<OR>>

1 cup Small Shrimp

2 tbsp Wheat Germ

1 tsp Dried Parsley

2 1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce

1 cup Mild Cheese, diced

1/2 cup Bean Sprouts

1 cup Cucumber, diced

2 tbsp Bacon, crumbled

Preparation
Mix seeds, nuts, wheat germ and parsley. Combine with remaining ingredients in medium salad bowl. Divide into two equal parts and serve with the dressing of your choice.



Serves: 2
