1 lb Fresh crab meat

1 cup Saltines, crumbled

1/3 cup Mayonnaise

1/3 cup Milk

1 1/3 tbsp Worcesterhire sauce

1 tsp Mustard

1 Lemon, juice of

1 dash Tabasco

Salt to taste

Pick crabmeat carefully for shell pieces, sprinkle with salt, add lemon juice and set aside. Add remaining seasoning to mayonnaise, add milk and toss this mixture lightly with crab meat.
