1 package (8-oz) noodles (I use wide noodles)

1 tbsp Butter or margarine

1 1/2 lb Ground beef

2 can (8-oz) tomato sauce

1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 package (8-oz) cream cheese

1 cup Cottage cheese

1/2 cup Sour cream

1/3 cup Chopped green onions

1 tbsp Chopped green pepper

2 tbsp Melted butter or margarine

Hi everyone! This is one of my family's favorite ground beef recipes. Cook noodles; drain. Brown beef in margarine. Add the tomato sauce and Worcestershire. Combine softened cream cheese with the cottage cheese and sour cream. Add onions and green pepper. Butter a casserole dish and spread 1/2 of the noodles on the bottom; cover with the cheese mixture. Add remaining noodles. Pour the melted butter over. Add the tomato-beef mixture. Cook in 350 degree oven until heated through.
