FOR 1 LB LOAF



1/2 tbsp Yeast

2 cup Bread flour

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Margarine

2 tbsp Honey

7/8 cup Buttermilk (see note)



FOR 11/2 LB LOAF



2 tsp Yeast

3 cup Bread flour

1 1/2 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Margarine

3 tbsp Honey

1 1/8 cup Buttermilk (see note)

Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's directions. Bake on light crust setting. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast. From Rehberg & Conway, Bread Machine Magic. NOTE: If desired, use buttermilk powder and water.
