2 cup Potatoes, sliced
2 cup Ground beef, browned, drain
1 cup Onions, sliced
1 cup Green peppers, minced
2 cup Crushed tomatoes
Salt & pepper each layer
Green pepper, slice for garnish

In greased 2 quart casserole, layer all ingredients, starting with meat and ending with tomatoes; season each layer with salt and pepper. Bake at 350~ for 2 hours. Garnish with green pepper slices.
