1 Mango
1 Mango, (green)
2 Habanero chiles, seeded and chopped
2 Shallots, finely chopped
1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
1 Lime juice (fresh), one lime
2 tsp Sugar
1 pinch Salt

Peel mangoes, cut the flesh away from the seeds and slice into thin strips. Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve.
