Easiest Ever Baked Meatballs
Ingredients
2 lb Lean ground beef

1 large Egg

1/2 cup Packaged plain bread crumbs

2 tbsp Instant minced onion

2 tbsp Dried parsley

1 tbsp Garlic salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

Preparation
Prehat oven to 400F. Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with foil. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Form into 1 1/2" balls using a heaping tablespoonful of mixture for each. Place 1/4" apart on the lined pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until browned and no longer pink in the center.
