24 Chicken drumettes

1 tbsp Dry Vermouth (may substitute orange juice for vermouth)

1/2 tsp Ground ginger

1/3 cup Soy sauce

2 tbsp Honey

1/3 cup Water

Place drumettes in skillet.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Simmer slowly for 40 minutes, drain wings and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Serve cold or at room temp.
