1 1/4 cup Milk, chilled

1 Egg

1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

2 tbsp Sugar

Pinch of ground nutmeg to decorate

Mix all ingredients, except nutmeg, in a blender at high speed until frothy. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
