Eileen's Corn-Chilies-Cheese Bread
Ingredients


FOR 1 LB LOAF



1/2 tbsp Yeast

2 cup Bread flour

1/2 cup Yellow cornmeal

1/3 tsp Salt

1 1/3 tsp Sugar

1 Whole egg

2 tsp Butter

1/3 cup Whole-kernel corn, drained

2 tsp Canned chopped green chilies

1/3 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, grated

3/4 cup Water



FOR 11/2 LB LOAF



1 package Yeast

3 cup Bread flour

3/4 cup Yellow cornmeal

1/2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Sugar

1 Whole egg

1 tbsp Butter

1/2 cup Whole-kernel corn, drained

1 tbsp Canned chopped green chilies

1/2 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 1/4 cup Water

Preparation
Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's directions. Bake on light crust setting. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast. Warm refrigerated ingrediants to room temperature. Do not use delayed timer. Serve warm. Adapted from DAK booklet.
