6 Green Onions, w/tops-sliced thin

1 tsp Capers, or 2-3T picklerelish

1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

1 1/4 cup Nonfat Mayonnaise

4 English Muffins, split&quartered

1 dash Worcestershire Sauce, or tobasco sauce

Mix onions, capers, cheese and mayo. Spread on muffins and broil until delicately browned and bubbly.

Can add dash Worcestershire or tobacco sauce.
