1 lb Ground beef
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1/2 cup Milk
1 medium Egg, beaten
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp Fennel seed, or to taste
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 cup Onions, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp Butter

Preheat over to 350F Mix everthing except onion, garlic, and butter. Saute these til golden brown then add to meat mixture. Shape into loaf, put a little chili sauce or catsup on the top with a slice or two of bacon.and Bake one hour.
