Date: Fri, 26 Jul 96 00:04:39 UT Take all of the diced veggies and roast them in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Toss the veggies with the pasta, sauce and spinach. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. If your diet allows you can top with FF mozzarella cheese before baking.
I always make two batches, it freezes very well.
