5 Tomatoes, diced
1 Jalapeno pepper, minced
1/8 Habanero pepper, minced
1/2 Serrano pepper, minced
1/2 Red onion, minced
15 Leaves fresh cilantro
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Chili powder
each Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper
each Pinch brown sugar
PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve as a dip for tortilla chips or as a sauce.
