Fresh Fruit Pizza #2
Ingredients


CRUST



1 cup Flour

1/2 cup Soft margarine

1/4 cup Powdered sugar



FILLING



8 oz Cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup White sugar



TOPPING



Glazed berries: Mash berries to make 1 cup

4 tbsp Sugar

1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch

1 1/2 cup Fresh whole or cut up berries

Date: Fri, 5 Jul 1996 21:34:19 -0700 Crust: Beat and blend flour, margarine and sugar. Pat into a 12" pizza pan (thin) Bake at 350 F. for 12 minutes or unitl light brown. Cool !!



Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar and spread over cooled crust.



Topping: Mash berries to make 1 cup. Add sugar and cornstarch. Heat until thick. Add to the berries: Stir in 1-1/2 c. fresh whole or cut up berries. Do not continue to cook. Spread over cheese and pie crust. Cool. Serve.
