2 Golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
1/2 cup Sweet wine
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. Place walnuts in a pan and toast for 5 minutes until dark brown and aromatic. Cool and chop. Combine all ingredients. Best when served the next day.
