Fresh Tomatillo Salsa Knowles
Ingredients
2 large Tomatillos, husks removed, minced

1 large Tomato, peeled and chopped

1/2 large Onion, peeled and minced

3 -to

4 Sprigs fresh cilantro

2 Cloves garlic, minced

1 Hot chili pepper, minced

each Optional: 1/2 avocado, peeled and minced

each Salt to taste



PREPARATION



Preparation
Combine ingredients, mixing well. Serve as a dip with chips or as a sauce for meat and tacos
