1 cup Bean Sprouts
8 oz Mandarin Oranges, Drained
8 oz Pineapple Tidbits, Drained
8 oz Waterchestnuts, Sliced And Drained
1 Stalk Celery, Diced
DRESSING
1/4 cup Plain Yogurt Or Mayonaise
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Dried Ginger

In large bowl, toss together salad ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Serve on bed of crisp greens. Garnish with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds or chopped pecans.
