1 lb Pecans

1 package Raisins

1/2 lb Candied cherries

1/2 lb Candied pineapple

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Cloves

1 tsp Nutmeg

3 cup Flour

3 tbsp Milk

2 Jiggers whiskey (more or less to taste)

1 cup Brown sugar

1/2 cup Butter

4 Eggs

3 tsp Baking soda

Date: Sun, 26 Dec 1993 19:37:03 GMT I'm not big on cookies, but twice now I've run across two cookies that were just too decadent beyond words. The pumpkin cookies were the first. These fruit cookies are just outstanding. This recipe makes a double batch.



Chop all fruit together well (coarse chop). Sift dry ingredients. Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten eggs, then dry ingredients and whiskey and milk. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 250F oven about 20 minutes.
