4 medium Strawberries

1/2 Ripe banana

2 tbsp (heaping) nonfat yogurt

3 tbsp Orange juice

Project Meije)" <ellen@cma.cma.fr> Date: Mon, 01 Jul 1996 10:45:08 +0200 Slice the strawberries and banana thinly into a cereal bowl. Blend with a hand milkshake blender (one blade that fits down into a large glass or pitcher) until no big chunks remain. Add yogurt and OJ and blend thoroughly.



Delicious and easy. You can drink it right out of the cereal bowl to minimize cleanup. I also tried putting the yogurt in the freezer - the result is a little colder, but doesn't have icy chunks like one might expect.
