Fruit Yogurt Shakes
Ingredients
Fruit Shake----

1 cup Skim milk

2 tbsp Instant fat-free milk --

Dry

2 Bananas, pears, or peaches

Mashed

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp Apple juice

Yogurt Shake----

1 cup Fat-free plain yogurt

1/2 cup Fresh or frozen fruit

1 tbsp Fruit juice

Preparation
Mix together ingredients for either shake in blender and serve.
