Notes: If you don'y have popsicle molds, use small paper or plastic cups, inserting a popsicle stick or small plastic spoon when the pudding has thickened. If you don't care about calories, you can use regular instant pudding and regular milk. I've never tried it with pudding that you cook, but don't see why it wouldn't work as well.
Makes 8 serving of less than 50 calories
