16 oz Gemelli or penne
4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
1/2 cup Mint leaves, chopped
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
18 tsp Ground black pepper
1 oz Fresh spinach, stems removed& torn

In a large saucepot,prepare pasta as label directs. Meanwhile combine cheese,olives,mint,olive oil,lemon juice and pepper. Drain pasta,return to pot, Add the cheese mixture and spinach;toss well.
