Ginger Cranberries
Ingredients
1 lb Cranberries

1 Orange, quartered

1 cup Raisins

1/4 cup Honey

3/4 cup Sugar, white

1 1/2 tsp Ginger

Preparation
Grind oranges and cranberries with the coarsest blade of a sausage grinder. Mix with all other ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
