Ginger-Raz Freeze
Ingredients
1 cup Vanilla ice milk

3/4 cup Raspberry-flavored ginger ale

1/2 cup Raspberry sherbet

1/2 cup Fresh raspberries

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1 cup).



Per serving: 204 Calories; 4g Fat (17% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 41g Carbohydrate; 13mg Cholesterol; 85mg Sodium
