Stir together all ingredients well; place in heavy plastic bag. Marinate at least 30 minutes. Thread pork onto 4 - 6 skewer (if using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning). Grill over hot coals 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, basting often with the marinade.
