Glazed London Broil
Ingredients
1 Flank steaks, (up to 2)

1 tbsp Sugar

2 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Salad oil

2 tsp Tenderizer

2 tbsp Sherry or vinegar

1 tbsp Honey or corn syrup

1 tsp Accent

1 tsp Garlic powder

Preparation
Piece steak with fork on both sides. Combine ingredients; pour over steak. Let stand 2 or 3 hours; turn occasionally. Broil or grill, allowing 4 minutes per side. Slice in thin diagonal slices against grain.
