Golfers' Crock Pot Roast
Ingredients
4 lb Beef roast, (up to 5)

4 Potatoes

2 Onions

5 Carrots

Salt & Pepper, to taste



MARINADE



1 1/2 cup Water

5 oz Soy sauce

1/4 cup Brown sugar

1 tbsp Lemon juice

4 oz Bourbon

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Marinate roast in refrigerator the night before. Next morning, pare and cut vegetables into chunks. Place vegetables in crock pot. Put roast on top and add 1/2 cup marinade.
