3 cup Brown sugar

3/4 cup Shortening

4 Eggs

5 cup Flour

3/4 tsp Baking soda

3/4 tsp Cream tartar

1 tsp Vanilla

Flour to make a soft dough. Roll, cut and bake in quick oven.



Note: Quick oven is probably around 425 F.
