Ingredients
1 bunch Spinach to yield 1 cup cooked

1 Egg

1/4 cup Water

1 1/2 cup Flour

Preparation
Cook spinach in pan until wilted.(nothing in pan) Place spinach in food processor and process almost to a paste Add egg and water and process to combine Add flour until a ball forms around the blade. Let stand covered 1 hour before using
