1/4 cup Pitted black olives, chopped
1/4 cup Grilled red bell peppers, seeded and diced
1/4 cup Grilled yellow peppers, seeded and diced
2 tbsp Crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Fresh garlic
2 tbsp Fresh thyme
1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp Sherry vinegar
1 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
