1 lb Ground beef
1 large Onion, chopped
1 cup Converted rice
1 can (28 oz) tomatoes, cut up
1 1/2 cup Water
2 Apples, peeled /chopped
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

In a large skillet, brown the beef with the onion. Drain excess fat. Put the ground beef and onions in a 3 1/2 quart crock pot and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
