1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Onion soup
1 can Tomato soup
1 1/2 tsp White vinegar, (to cut the taste of cans)
1 can Kidney beans, mashed
1 lb Ground chuck, browned
1/2 can Water
Chili powder to taste
