1/2 lb Pork,turkey,beef or chicken
Or 3/4 lbs. -- lean ,ground
medium Shrimp finely chopped --
Shelled,deveined
1 cup Shredded green cabbage
2 Green onions & tops --
Chopped
1 Clove garlic -- minced
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Ginger -- minced

Mix well.
Place 1 rounded tsp. mixture onto center of 1 of about 3 dozen Dynasty Gyoza Wrappers.
Moisten edge with water. Fold wrapper in half over filling, pleating edge in decortive-fashion as desired;press edges to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers & filling. Heat ! Tbs. oil in each of 2 large non-stick pans. Add filled gyoza side-by-side.
Cook over medium-high heat 1 to 2 min. or until lightly browned on the bottom. Add 1/3 cup water to each pan, cover & cook over medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until water is gone.
Serve browned side up with soy sauce.
