Ham Fried Rice
Ingredients
3 Eggs

1 pinch Salt

2 cup Cooked rice, cold

1/4 cup Ham, chopped

2 tbsp Peas

1/3 cup Onion, shredded

Sprinkle soy sauce

Preparation
Beat eggs in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt. Heat 2 Tablespoons oil in a pan and add eggs, cooking for 1 minute. Add 2 cups cold rice and fry well, mixing with the eggs.
