For a rich, nutty Hazelnut Liqueur, follow the recipe for Almond Liqueur except substitute 1 pound hazelnuts, shelled, for the almonds and omit 2 Tbsp of the sugar, 1 Tbsp of the water, and the vanilla extract and glycerin. Posted to EAT-L Digest 10 Jan 97
