Hoisin-Chili Marinade For Barbecued Pork
Ingredients
2 Cloves garlic

4 slice Fresh ginger root

1 Scallion

2 tbsp Soy sauce

4 tbsp Sherry

1 tbsp Hoisin sauce

1 tbsp Chili sauce

1 tbsp Honey

1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation
1. Crush garlic and ginger root; cut scallion in 2-inch sections. Then combine remaining ingredients.



2. Rub into pork and let stand 1 hour.
