Honey Oatmeal Muffins Ii
Ingredients
1 cup Flour

1 cup Rolled oats

1 tbsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 cup Milk

1 Egg

3 tbsp Vegetable oil

1/4 cup Honey

Granola, if desired

Preparation
In mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. In small mixing bowl, blend together milk, egg, oil and honey. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Pour liquid mixture into well. Blend just until moistened. Fill paper-lined or greased muffin pan cups 3/4 full. If desired, sprinkle with granola. Bake at 425[F 12 to 15 minutes.
