Hoola Hoop Pasta
Ingredients
8 oz Chicken Stock

4 tbsp Roasted Garlic *

5 oz Green beans, blanched

4 oz Mushrooms

2 Ears of corn, scraped

1 bunch Green onions

8 oz Fettucine

Parsley

Parmesian Cheese

Preparation
* Roast a whole head of garlic in 350 oven for 30 to 60 minutes. Sqeeze out desired amount. Heat the stock, garlic and veggies. Serve over cooked pasta. Garnish with parsley and parmesian.
